Nurse Practitioners wanted
To join our local centre that allows us to offer a service shaped to local needs, and aids the provision of more joined up care between NHS 24 and NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
We are currently looking to recruit Band 6 Nurse Practitioner roles. Part-time positions are available with a variety of contracted hours and shift patterns on offer. All we ask is that you be available to work in the out of hours periods (including evenings, week-ends, public holidays) and be available to work a minimum of 24 hours each month. This can be an exciting opportunity to do extra hours to supplement your main role within the health board, bringing your expertise to NHS24.
We recognise that those wishing to work very part-time hours with us may have difficulty in committing to the time and length of our current induction training programme of 4-5 weeks in Glasgow. So we are currently looking at conducting most of the training in Dumfries.
